How it works
Penetration and armor reduction both lower the armor your damage has to get through, so they add together. Every 660 armor left on the target blocks 1% of your damage. Once your total matches the target’s armor you deal full damage, and anything past that is wasted: swap it for damage.
A Major and a Minor Breach stack, but two sources of the same Breach don’t. Group debuffs and Exploitation help everyone, so count them for whoever is in your group right now.
