These pages describe what this site actually does. They are written in good faith for a small fan site and aren't a substitute for advice from a lawyer.

Agreement

By using Psijic Pages you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How we handle data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The service

Psijic Pages is a free fan site with builds, calculators and reference pages for The Elder Scrolls Online. There are no accounts, purchases or subscriptions. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, for example when a game update changes how something works.

Game content and trademarks

The Elder Scrolls Online, its names, logos, icons, artwork and game data belong to ZeniMax Media Inc. and its affiliates. They appear here only to identify and describe the game, and no ownership is claimed. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by ZeniMax Online Studios, Bethesda Softworks or Microsoft. See the Disclaimer for credits and how to ask for something to be removed.

Our content

The written guides, build notes, calculators and page design are ours. You're welcome to read them, share links, quote short parts with credit and a link back, and use the builds and tools in your own play. Please don't republish whole pages or present our work as your own.

Builds you make in the Build Editor are yours. They are stored in the link you create, so anyone with that link can open them.

Some reference data comes from the UESP wiki under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence, and some icons from game-icons.net under Creative Commons Attribution; those parts stay under their own licences.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
scrape or crawl it in a way that degrades it for other people (normal search and AI crawlers that respect robots.txt are fine);
use it to break the law, or ESO's own terms of service;
frame the site or imply that we endorse something we don't.

Links to other sites

Pages link to sites such as the UESP wiki and ESO-Hub. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. Builds and numbers are researched carefully but can be wrong or out of date after a patch: skill values come from game data and can differ slightly from what you see in game, and calculators are estimates. Use your own judgement, and treat everything here as advice for a game.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using or being unable to use the site, including lost in-game items, gold or progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
